We will book it again for next holidays .

We have booked one bedroom apartment for a family with 2 kids for the period 25-01 January . Reception Staff received well and check-in process is smooth. Room is as expected very clean . Breakfast is very good . We have not used pool much but only one time with kids , it was not busy . In pool water is bit cold other than that our stay was very nice . 5* ratings for the stay.

very disappointed with the lack of disable facility

this hotel was our choice as it had provided a one bedroom apartment. it costs seemed reasonable. it was situated within distance of the major malls.

Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms were very disappointing. the amenities in the bathroom were mispositioned. Hairdryer and magnifying mirror were installed away from the wash basin, impossible to use. Bathroom fittings seemed really tarnished. A DISABLED person was not catered for in this apartment. the reception staff were most uncooperative in that they refused to assist to locate an alternate room to assist a disabled. it seemed the hotel did not have a

Grand Millennium - it was Good, could be Great

Hotel is very clean & well presented. Staff very attentive, helpful, and so polite Set in good location, a few minutes walk from the metro, also well supported with taxi rank on the doorstep, so travel around Dubai is very easy.. Breakfast with good quality and a huge variety of items to suit many may tastes, although can get very busy at times and can be hard to obtain a table.. Laundry service also superb.

We stayed in an Executive Suit and had extra privileges, like access to the Executive Lounge. We were able to avail of complimentary drinks and snacks between the hours of 4.30pm and 7.30pm, which we thought was a great perk - seeing as how expensive alcohol is in Dubai. But our experience wasn't a good one, as we waited for almost an hour before we were presented with a warm bottle of Heineken a tepid glass of Rose Wine, service was awful, so we didn't go back.....not good for a supposed Executive Offering:

Staff are extremely nice and friendly

Breakfast is very very limited, and very crowded where you cant find table to sit. Staff at the breakfast restaurant very unhelpful.

Nothing , old, not comfy

The outside party in the hotel lobby was very noisy I complained about it at 1am , my kids were struggling to sleep from the noise Also the smoke cigarets from outside smell was inside the room
