Kept up the good service k... Good place

Environment, nice view, sea side, apartment type.. Good for families.. large pool ... Breakfast nice ...

To improve during check-in - better the management used running numbers so that the guest no need to line up so long @ we can sit any where wait our number call up .heard complaint from others about this also... the bayou beach resort Melaka practise this... This is not our first time stayed at glory - 4th times.. We liked to stay here ...

Disappointing

Worth for price. Room and food

Block E which we stayed have 2 lifts and one of it was super slow and the other was always full. Master toilet bowl was stuck.

Breakfast was ok

1.towels not clean it's dull in color 2. I was staying in block E-5-6 the main switch board dropped and out of electricity we called maintenance to check. No proper maintenance, it's sooo dangerous. 3.the pillows oh please don't say that as a pillows 4.tv can't watch any program coz the channels not clear. 5. The bathroom nope was very tight 6. Water leaking from the shower 7.the cupboard was so dusty with broken hanger 8. Cups in the kitchen got dark stained 9.Decided not to go back to glory beach resort anymore
