Gillieru Harbour Hotel

So when you approach the desk for your check in they give a paper to fill up your detail as all the Hotels. So I booked for 1 person and I had a double bed then when I was filling the paper at the bottom there was to fill up 4 guest to fill up the name surname and other details. So for sure there not gonna sleep 4 guests plus me so 5 people on a double bed. So to make it clear it doesnt say no where on the paper that whoever enter my room have to pay 15 each anyway. So the lack of training and the lack of communication by receptionist and the management show perfectly in this case so the first night I was with two friends and when I asked the receptionist if they can come he just replied yes without any hesitation than after 2 days they where saying that someone is sleeping in that room with me so they wanted to charge for 15 euros and I told them no one slept in my room and the say we saw on the camera I guess he meant they didnt saw him going out but if they where 2 in the room so why they didnt charge for to people the thing is here there not even 1 camera in level 2 than so they make money he told who enter the room they have to pay 15 euros hahaha so why it is not written on the papers where is the section of the guest part. And when it comes to the manager he impresses so much cause he told me to go out and gives the money back and what so if you where a tourist be careful cause that is his option and you will find outside could be in the rain and what if cause I paid for 5 days it was cheaper around 30euro he will give 30euro no way cause than if I will need only for one night it will be more expensive than I told him listen book me another room with the standard of this hotel and I leave but than I end up saying how the receptionist is going to know how to deal and answer any questions when not even the manager dont even have a clue how to tackle any situation. I guess that manager he will be good to manage a small supermarket cause inv18 years catering
