Very good

Stuff was very friendly and kind, especially Gil. He tried to solve every problem. Housekeeping was on high level, everything was clear and shiny. Also food in the restaurant was very tasty. I'm also glad, on the day of departure, they prepared breakfast package.

My room was situated next to the staff lift, so from 6 o'clock AM started going up and down and same situation was from 11 o'clock PM and it persisted during the night. Second night was terrible, at 1.35AM we had fire alarm and in 15 minutes it repeared. So I decided to go down, to reception and I asked what happened together with other guests. Man on reception just answear, that ,,everything is okay and we have to go sleep" he acted like nothing happened. Sink in bathroom was so small, like for children. When we entered the room for the first time, we didn't have door to the shower. It was empty space and everything in bathroom was after shower wet. So I told this problem on reception and during the same day, they fixed it, but it was little uncomfortable, because we were this time in the room.

Superb

Lovely stay in a friendly, clean hotel with a nice breakfast.

The staff were very nice especially Gil on reception who would be a credit to any hotel, he could not do enough for you! The hotel was handy for everything and just a stroll to all the restaurants and bars.

Great place but don't try the food

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The indoor pool is amazing they give us little surprise everyday after cleaning the room

Food is quite disappointed.. we tried all possibilities: breakfast, Buffett, dinner, pub.. the breakfast and Buffett are particularly poor in both variety and quality.

Disappointing

The room was small and situated back to back to the servicing lift, sharing the wall. The bed was against that wall so every time the lift was being used, in the middle of the night, you'll get woken up. Since it's a service lift it's used quite frequently, even in the dead of night and there's no way you'll sleep past 6.00am. This room shouldn't be rented out at all! The doors are so thin you can hear every little thing, not private at all and obviously not quiet. People running in the corridors, the fire alarm went off twice during the same night (1.45am and 2.15am). ot entirely the hotel's fault but once was enough to handle the situation. The hotel could use maintenance, our shower was over used and one of the doors was broken and the food was very basic (half board)
