Convenient location. The reception guy was nice. Breakfast not bad. We got a huge room with kitchen and a balcony with nice view - room bigger than most London flats :)

In our bathroom, we found long black hair - neither of us has such hair. I suspect I got food poisoning from tap water - there is a device on the tap to filter water, but after drinking one glass of that water, I spent the night being very sick. (Yes yes it could've been something else but I think it's unlikely, because hubby and I ate the same things during the day and he was fine, and really the only difference in our food/drink was the water. So I am not sure how safe/clean this water filtering device was.)

We had a wonderful stay, Elizabeth gave us a lot's of information about the city & the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast is very nice, prepared just for us. The location is nice to visit the north of Malta

Great location, beside the bus terminal. We arrived around 1a.m. and we were very well received. Like requested, the room was quiet with double bed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and with all needed facilities.

It was great would stay at again!

This hotel is awesomegreat location, exceptional service, and its very affordable, to my surprise. I had a room on the top floor, with a door to a rooftop and pool. The room was super clean, comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. I enjoyed my stay there (September 2023).

The only thing I can think of, and its not a real issue of course, is the elevator is super tiny and extremely slow. It may be an issue for people who are a bit claustrophobic.

Superb breakfasts, ones of the best I ever had. Super nice and friendly staff. Location is perfect, you can get everywhere - bus station is like 50 meters away. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants nearby, even 24/7. In November pool on the roof was still in use because of hot weather, nice view from there, and it was quite clean for an outside pool. Comfy big bed and pillows, a lot of lights, TV with installed Netflix/Amazon where you just have to enter your account or just watch usual TV programs. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Kitchenware was more than enough to cook and eat, everything you need is there. Coffee machine, teapot, fridge, stove, plates, pots - well, everything. Spacious bathroom with shower with good waterflow (I know it can be a problem in Malta, but here it was really good), a lot of towels provided including beach towel. In corridors a lot of bookshelves where you can take a book in almost every language and read something on the beach during your stay.

Would be nice to wash the decorative cushions - the are super dirty (seemed like in grease, to be honest) and they were put right on the pillows on which you sleep. And would be nice to have small supplies on daily basis - tea/coffee was provided only in the beginning and wasn't filled later. And also to have shampoo would be nice - after all it's supposed to be 4 stars in which it's a must. Elevator was super slow and had bad smell (cleaning ladies collect garbage in their trolleys and use it, so that's where the smell from, would be nice to use air fresheners after), so almost never used it. At some point a renovation began in one of the neighbor rooms, so waking up to sounds of hummers and constant moving of furniture somewhere too close was not very pleasant
