Disappointing

honestly not cleaned room

breakfast is included , nice location while in front of this accommodation is super dark at night. Lovely traditional Thai house, there are so many mosquitos tho.

honestly so dirty. There was a swarm of ants in bathroom, so it makes me crazy when i just arrived this accommodation. Even staffs came to my room for daily bedroom makeup, i don't know what they do, because the swarm of ants was never gone during my whole 2 nights. I hanged my clothes on the clothes hook in the bathroom, after taking a shower, the ants were even on my clothes :( I'm dying. Moreover, the duvet cover and bedsheet were also dirty, some stained marks. There isn't amenities like soap, so bring your own. Don't forget to bring mosquitocide. They bited me 4 times during having breakfast, it was super itch compared to city mosquito. I knew here has lots of mosquito, so it was okay.

Superb

The guesthouse was a beautiful area with a lot of plants and vintage decorations. The room was spacious with a clean bath room. Everyday we received fresh water and clean towels. The breakfast was great! Coffee or tea, 2 eggs and toasts, butter, jam and fresh fruit, delicious! One day we asked for an earlier breakfast because we went on a tour and it was no problem! The location was great, with the main walking street just 50 meters away.

A property that's 5min to everything

Gaps house is very close to Thapae Gate and a walking distance to explore old town. Food, sightseeing, temples, markets, massages are all a 5min walk away. The property is also very serene. The gardens are lush and it is nice to wake up with birds chirping all through the breakfast. There's a water dispenser for cold water and kettle for boiling water.

The walls are quite thin and the hot shower was not hot enough. It heats a bit but it can get cold on some nights. The breakfast is just toast, eggs and coffee

The apartment is in the perfect location for sightseeing, everything is close. Also it has a perfect design, it looks like you are in some Bali resort.

Walls are thin and you could hear everything around (cats fighting, next door neighbour walking..) But if you plan to be outside all the time and you have a good sleep, no problem.

We opted for another room but when. We arrived the air on was broken they promised to fix it next day and gave us another DUMP Needless to say they did not give us the room we wanted. We moved out and the next day the DUMP was already resented but we got no refunds!!!!
