Very spacious rooms , very clean ,good location only 5 mins drive to city centre

Having to go out the hotel to the pub restaurant if you needed anything ie extra coffee/ tea or milk

Everything is always good .

There was one night , I did complain about the steak I had ordered, but did it very subtly and kind, didn't make a scene, chef answer was , oh you had it med/rare, should be medium, so nothing was sorted or offered , I said to waitress that there was a lot of sinew , even said it was prob cut of meat rather than chef , wasn't her fault , have had a ribeye before med/rare never been a problem, just annoyed me .
