Fabulous, amazing hotel!

We upgraded to the suite for an additional fee. And it was worth every dime. Beautiful room with all the extra's that one would expect in such a room and more. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The food in both the pool area and the French restaurant were excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out was superb! Would absolutely stay there again!

For the money, the drinks at the pool were skimpy! We went to the French Restaurant thinking there was escargot, but none. Although the French onion soup was delicious! We were facing the backyard area and the noise from the car motor idling at 3:00 am woke us up! I should have asked for very quiet room.

Nice hotel in a very central location, but not Four Seasons quality

Very convenient and central location, with most attractions a short drive away. The building and reception area are nice and well-serviced. The staff members are extremely polite and friendly, despite the quality of service not being that which is typical of a Four Seasons hotel.

Although a suitably nice hotel, this location fell short of the Four Seasons standards we are used to experiencing in other locations. The rooms felt a bit old and outdated (the bathrooms especially could use a refurb). We had to make multiple requests for the room to be made up one day (even after asking for that at the front desk on our way out that morning, only to return later in the afternoon and find the room unserviced). The receptionists accidentally checked us out two nights early (which meant we had to recollect key cards the following two nights, because the ones we had kept being disabled), and then mistakenly charged us twice for the same booking. They were very apologetic, but nothing else was offered to make up for the inconvenience. Upon check out, we asked for our luggage to be stored until our car to the airport was due to arrive a few hours later; we were then surprised to see that our suitcases were essentially left outside the main entrance, under the sun, the whole time! Again, when we raised this issue, the only thing the concierge team did was apologize (they didnt even verify if the suitcases were ours, and just let us take them and leave with no questions asked). The bellboys (although standing outside the entrance at all times) did not offer or rush to open car doors. Staff members were very polite the whole time, but unfortunately the quality of service was rather disappointing.

A 5Star branded hotel and one of the best chains I felt secure and well looked after so yes I will

Breakfast is abundant but the service left a lot to be desired. I often had to ask over and over. It simply fell on deaf ears. One time it was the restaurant manager who saw to what I needed thankfully he was very professional.

Some of the staff didnt perform as they should on such a property. Also the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. The soap trays were not cleaned and the mirrors in the bathroom were not either.
