Bathroom floors and outside of tub were disgusting, housekeeping came for a complaint but didnt make much difference.

Beach is great, Its private, clean and staff pays attention to guests

The facility needs a lot of attention. Especially elevators. Beds are not very comfortable. They told me parking is free, then I was charged $90 on check out.

Food was delicious,waitress very friendly,little slow on orders. Buffet was fine.

Our patio in our room was flooded and we couldn't use it. We called but they didn't fix till the day we were leaving. Bummeri

Our rooms AC was not working very well. The room was warm most of the day. Cockroaches all over the room!!!

Excellent facilities, even better customer service!

Excellent facilities - never felt over crowded. Very nice patrons in addition to the staff who delivered beyond excellence in guest service. Friendly and genuine in their desire to deliver great service. Lobby staff in particular, extremely positive and cheery!

I think the breakfast buffet could offer a broader selection of hot foods - felt a little limited and also the same if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Be nice to mix it up a little through the week.
