The airport shuttle/transportation

The trash can in main area (outside of bathroom) did not have trash bag. The tissue box in bathroom ran out after 3 tissues.

Would def stay here again, and if we had tap dancing neighbors again I would assume its haunted :)

ease of access from airport, property is a hidden little gem, onsite restaurant, comfortable rooms

we had two rooms in different areas, and both rooms experienced the noise of someone walking in hard soled shoes in the rooms either above or around us, all night until about 5 am

Great hotel near airport.

Great location near the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle bus was main reason for choosing this hotel. Very good food in restaurant. Clean & comfortable room.

Budget accommodation at 4 star pricing. Very expensive for what you get.

I liked the airport shuttle very much. At least it is free and can be used more than once. But who would want to use it more than once when traffice around the airport is so heavily congested. One can walk faster to the terminal if one wants to risk with crossing the enormous highway in between the airport and hotel. Only part of the booking I would rate highly is the free airport shuttle. The room is average, clean and with no added frills. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower was OK.

I expected 4 star accommodation. Room didn't have a bar fridge, didn't have a microwave, just ONE glass and 2 ugly looking black mugs. Room did not even have a plastic spoon, just a wood stick in a single tiny packet with powder milk. Small coffee maker and just 1 filter. No chocolate or welcoming biscuit. Zero atmosphere. Beautiful TV BUT for expats only three channels are in English (CNN, SkyNews and one other news program). All other programs and entertainment are Spanish only with no option to change to English. Towels and linens are not 4 star, meaning they should look new, but look and feel well used. Hand basin didn't drain properly. No vending machine easily available for water. Room comes with only 2 tiny bottles of water. No vending machine for basics and snacks. Closest OXO is five blocks up the road and not recommended to walk to at night time. Hotel forces you to partake of their restaurant facilities. Not worthy of the high price of the accommodation. For me I received budget accommodation at 4 star pricing.
