This Fairfield Inn & Suites in Chattanooga offers some of the most comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountains. The service is friendly and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner are highly (Read More)praised. The hotel is conveniently located near Rock City and downtown, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. Overall, it is a great place to stay with a unique and great view.

We liked everything , location staff property and location. Scott the manager was great, breakfast was good. Very clean and nice,when we goback will stay there again.

Very disappointing

Good location and friendly staff

We booked it last minute on trip home and arrived very late. It was one if not the last room in the hotel. The room smelled very bad and had mold in it. Very dangerous for anyone to sleep in. Room is not well maintained.

Breakfast was fine but they ran out early. You had to get up early to get anything

We never got conditioner after asking several times. Rooms aren't cleaned except when you leave. We had to share a washcloth and beg for a clean towel. We also begged for conditioner and never got any. We tried asking housekeeping in the hall and the manager snapped at us not to speak to them because they don't speak English (they don't speak any English at all). He said to go to desk which we did several times and never got any. Rooms were very hot at night because they control the temperature even though the thermostat is on wall. It doesn't work. Sheets had stains and didn't appear to be clean. We stayed there 5 years ago and it was wonderful but not anymore. We were told after we were checking out that they would adjust our bill for inconvenience and they never did so they lie too. Would NEVER stay there again. We would sleep in car first. Horrible all the way around.
