The rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Memphis East Galleria were clean and nicely decorated. However, the pool was not usable and several vehicles, including motorcycles, were broken into i (Read More)n the area despite security measures. One guest mentioned that there were issues with the showers, as the half glass wall without doors caused the bathroom floor to be soaked after each shower, even after trying to adjust the showerhead. Safety concerns were also mentioned, with guns being stolen from vehicles.

Front desk was so nice but the server at breakfast was so rude

The breakfast was disgusting and the staff that was doing breakfast was very rude.

Good

The hotel has nice accommodations and conveniently located. The staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of food.

Had to kill a bug on the curtain. Bathtub water did not drain and filled up the tub while showering. Cleaning staff entered my unoccupied room without my permission and while cleaning the room took my jacket and umbrella to the front desk without my knowledge. Thankfully, I was able to recover them both before traveling home.

Great price, not so great stay.

The King bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

We checked in very late, our keys didn't work. Had to go back down and get new keys. Then the sleeper sofa had no sheets or pillows. Had to go get them. They had no pillows, so said they would bring some up. 40 minutes later, still none. The stripping on the walls was pulling away. There were giant black wasp like bugs on the curtains.

Springhill Suites was a nice property. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

The property was overbooked so they gave us accommodations at their sister property Springhill Suites.

Very good

I had to be at a wake at 330 so I went to see if I could do a early check-in an the receptionist checked an she was nice an let me check-in early with my family..the next morning I went to get breakfast it was really good. I love the waffle maker an the coffee my family an I enjoyed the pool as well. I recommend this place I will return here again soon

The room, bedding and facility were clean. Breakfast was most suitable. My stay was pleasant!

I did NOT like being given a total quote of the price of my stay @ the hotel and after checking in, I was charged much more than that amountThat is deception! I should have been informed of this upfront, prior to arrival! Now, I am told that the extra amount paid will be refunded as of time of my checking out. Indeed, I do hope that this is the case! Again, this hotel practice should have been told at my time of booking!

The refrigerator in the room had a roaring sound, loud enough to be disturbing at bedtime! Being charged MORE than the quoted price, during booking, shouldve been known before time of check-in
