Never Again!

Upon arrival we were not only placed in the first floor, which I never stay in while traveling, only to find we were placed in a handicap room. Would not have been bad except for the fact the elevator was outside our room and there were holes at the bottom of the door for a deaf person to see shadows. Didnt make for any privacy or peaceful stay hearing people in the halls, in the front lobby and eating area! Not to mention the elevator! To top it all off, there were bodily fluids all over the couch! When I reported this to the front desk, they never did anything about it our entire stay! Doubt they have even cleaned it!

Will probably book at another facility should we need to visit this area again

The location was excellent as it was just a few blocks from where I needed to be early the next morning and there were several dining options close by as well as a WalMart and a gas station within eye shot. We did not partake in the breakfast as I had to be out early.

Some of the amenities in the room -coffee maker def out of date did not take any form of a kcup, only these single serve coffee packs for which they left me 2 Decaf and 1 reg.. I had kcups with me, but no where to brew them. Not nearly enough USB ports and NONE in reach of the bed-we had a king studio. There was no blow dryer provided in the bathroom- that's pretty standard at most hotels. Luckily, we brought our own just in case. The shower heads were definitely not up to par as to what I consider standard, neither the fixed nor the hand held offered much power.

It was good, but not great like the last time we stayed there.

The breakfast was VERY good! Selection was outstanding, and staff kept food stocked well.

The room was OK. The upholstered chair had stains on the seat, who knows what it was??? The shower was not in the best shape, there was a pink ring of serratia bacteria all along the edge of the floor. The room was not always completely serviced, the bathroom floor was not mopped or swept, and we had to ask for toilet paper and kleenex. The first night we were there we were told we couldn't even get one extra towel!! We needed it to cover the stained chair :(

We had a WONDERFUL , one-night stay.

It was so nice & clean. The staff was super kind and attentive to any requests or questions we had. The continental breakfast was WONDERFUL!Such a good, wide variety of breakfast items were available. The staff was so attentive & quickly refilled any breakfast foods that were eaten up..especially the LARGE STRAWBERRIES!!!! YUMMMMMM! Good coffee too!

No complaints here.

Friendly staff, clean, in a nice area, walking distance to walmart and sams club

need more parking, had to park in the 15 min parking since it was a night they sold out. Need to trim some tree branches, hang over and hit pickup in parking spot.
