I wont be returning.

Convenient location.

Our sheets were dirty and the tag for the blanket was at the top of the bed. The bathroom was atrocious. Mold was present on the ceiling above the shower head and it had obviously been painted over. The desk was broken and a corner of it was falling off. Truly, a very terrible stay.

Not an enjoyable stay.

Location

The staff, the rooms, the pool. We were not given a handicap room when one was requested. One of the first rooms the heater did not work, so they moved us to another room. The new room would not latch, so when we were away at a wedding the room was not locked. They told us they would have the maintenance man look at the latch and try to fix it. If they couldnt fix it we would switch rooms. Nothing happened and we still had a door that did not latch. The pool had soooooo much chlorine in it the our lungs and eyes burned.

I'm still waiting to hear if I got refunded for a room that was not ready for us and they had no other room to give us so I still have over a $200 credit coming that I still have not received not happy

Overall a good place to stay. Pool looked inviting, but we didnt have time to try it out

Easy parking and access to restaurants

Not enough handicapped rooms were available, with 2 queen beds. Love my mom, but neither of us wanted to share a king bed. Do queen rooms didnt have handicapped bathrooms available

Hotel is going downhill

I have stayed here over 50 times and I always pick this place. The location is perfect. The breakfast bar was always awesome. The staff were great. The room was pretty darn clean but not this time.

From the beginning the first day I had asked for a lower floor and the hotel was empty yet I got the third floor but thats not really a big deal. The big deal was the TV didnt work and we knew at night wed be in the room we went back several times the first day still no TV The next morning we went again same front desk person was there the day before still no TV they didnt know what to do. They came in the room to see and again the TV did not work for them either one fella left and said Im going to get batteries for your remote never did come back 7-8 hours later, also, our refrigerator in the room had food in it. Lots of food I threw it out. Its almost as if the refrigerator wasnt checked at all. This made me sad as I loved this hotel. finally the end of the third day. My husband became very angry and another fellow came in said Im just switching out the TV he did and then it was great. I dont know why they didnt do that in the beginning. Also, no milk in the breakfast bar for cereal no syrup for any waffles and it used to be stocked so well

Disappointing

Terribly sad I loved this place and have stayed over 50 times

Location and I have stayed here many times when I come to Lincoln Ne

I asked for lower floor got 3rd floor I booked ahead and paid 554.00 for 3 nights and I see others got it for 94.00 a night no TV remote and we complained 4 separate times! Are there new owners as no food milk syrup in breakfast bar! What did we pay for
