Comfy bed, great views, right downtown

Its cleanliness, big windows, welcoming front desk staff

Although hard to stop from happening, was initially uncomfortable with the people outside the hotel doors when trying to unload the car.

Excellent value, impressive property, amazing view!

This was the perfect location for our Gateway Clipper cruise on New Years Eve. The view was gorgeous! Staff was friendly, valet parking was reasonable, breakfast was wonderful! we have stayed at other hotels downtown, but this was a pleasant surprise!

Good but not close to the art district

The location was good but it wasnt near where I needed to be in downtown Pittsburgh but I really didnt have a good idea exactly where the hotel was located

I had sent a request for an early check in and I got an acknowledgement but no response. I was also sent a check in online but when I tried to check in I kept getting a message that my reservation wasnt showing.

Everything was great!

the location was perfect walking distance for what we were there for. we appreciated the free breakfast and the room was great. having vallet was nice as we were right in the city and didn't have to panic about it.

it was a while before we could check in, we did arrive early, but weren't accommodated for that. we did have scheduled plans so it was a little annoying that we were told to wait for almost two hours.

We stayed 5 nights, it was nice quiet accommodation. Front office staff always helpful with directions for us Aussie tourists. Breakfast had a great selection of food/drinks which was good. We would definitely stay here again. This place isnt far from Public Transport aswell. I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use on floor - M which accepts card. Free washing powder and dryer sheets from the front desk.
