Disappointing

It was ok but could have stayed home for the money

Staff was friendly loved the shower design

Shower head higher. No microwave. I ordered room with 2 king beds got full/queen. Breakfast wasn't free or kid friendly. Location little rough.

It was spacious

The cans of pop 4 dollars. Charges for everything paid 140 online then they put a hold on my card for 50 then wanted a pet fee I stated I had a service pet was told wouldn't be charged and was. Wanted to charge for earlier check in like an hour. Had to sign up for a reward program that allows late check outs next morning asked for one and they couldn't give me one stated I could wait in the lobby

Disappointing

Would not stay again

It was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable to lounge on but way to soft to sleep comfortably. Water pressure int the shower was good, water was hot and the shower head was adjustable. The curtains are remotely controlled.

There are no vending machines- they have a market and food station but a bottle of water is $5! And the rest of the food was overpriced- we went out and got snacks and brought them back. The pool was very underwhelming. The bathroom door was terrible- its a glass sliding door and it didnt cover the whole entryway into the bathroom. There was also so areas that needed touch up on the walls and the curtain was off track and damaged. You have to pay $15 to park in their parking lot- which I knew going in but it was a bit ridiculous.

dont trust the shuttle

the hotel was clean and each room was workout themed. Bathroom was very open. I didnt have time to try the gym but it looked really nice. Rooms were minimal.

They said they had an airport shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. After getting to the airport at the top of the hour and see all the other shuttles, I called - it was 20 degrees outside. After four phone calls and an hour and a half the shuttle finally arrived - I was freezing and in tears. It was then too late to go out for dinner. The hotel is just outside downtown, so you could walk to a restaurant but its probably 15-20 minutes to get closer to downtown. The hotel restaurant was open for 10 minutes, so I ordered dinner. It was microwaved and lackluster. The hotel did not apologize nor did the shuttle driver for keeping me standing outdoors in freezing weather, even when I was visibly upset.
