Very good

Excellent facilities and location but adding extra costs to original price is unfair on guests.

Very clean and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Hosts met us on arrival so check in was not difficult.

Communication prior to arrival could be improved . Requests for clarification regarding payment options were not responded to promptly. In the end payment with credit card was possible, but this was not clear from initial communication. Additional costs above booking .com price were added on.

Great and helpful staff, clean room, fantastic location. Overall, great place and would definitely consider again!

Brickfields may be a little dodgy at night. Convenience stores are almost 1km away if walking.

The only poor part of my Malaysia trip was the hotel experience.

Room is big

1. Room cleaning services were not provided. 2. Towels and toilet paper were not replenished by the hotel. 3. An additional deposit had to be paid separately upon check-in. 4. The check-in process was antiquated, conducted entirely by handwriting, with no computer to look up guest information. 5. A room number is required for check-in; however, the hotel did not provide this. I had to personally reach out to a hotel officer to obtain my room number.

Would think twice about coming back to this property.

Great location, just beside LRT station and amenities. Pretty good price for the size of the apartment. Staff were quite responsive and deposit was refunded quickly.

No toothbrush and toothpaste. No slippers. House cleaning has to be arranged. Quite dusty. Pillows too soft and sunken. No hot water from sink taps. The worst part was one of the sink sewage not covered and gave out a foul smell. No dustbins in the toilets.

Superb

Great value in the heart of Kuala Lumpur

This property is in a great location very close to little India right across the tracks from public transport. It is also very near KL Sentral. The property manager came to see us on the first morning we were there to arrange payment and when we told them that the toaster was not working they brought a replacement within 15 minutes which was excellent service. We also ended up having another friend staying with us which was not a problem with management and no extra money needed to be paid.

Very good

The bed is super comfortable - like the decoration as well quite cozy Complete cooking + eat utensils

The wifi is unreliable - disconnected several times and get slow especially at night Also the sink clogged quite bad in one of the bathroom

Comfy, easy check-in/out process, convenient

It was quite cozy tbh and very near to the Bangsar LRT station, basically just a connecting bridge to walk over. Love the living room and the loft area of the room thats allow us to chit chat and watch YouTube together :)

Since it is very near to the LRT station, it might be a little bit noisy throughout the night/early morning time when the trains pass by. But not a big deal for us, everything was awesome.
