Great for being downtown

Location was fantastic. Very clean rooms

My debit card has been charged for something and they can find out why. Waited a day for manager to call me back, going into day 2 now. This is crazy because I used different card when I got there

Great location and awesome staff, just needs a good scrubbing.

Everyone was super friendly, the breakfast buffet was fresh and the location was excellent.

The rooms need a deep clean (walls/doors wiped down) sofa bed in one of our rooms smelled horrible.

Room a little sparce. Could use a bit more decor. Some parts of the breakfast area were quite dated.

Not bad but not the best

Close to PPG Arena. Made to order omlette at breakfast was good. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Faucet in kitchenette didn't work. Shower handle was not working properly. Breakfast food in chafing dishes was lukewarm at best. Even though their website said they do, they DO NOT validate parking at Oliver St parking garage. Charge is $30/day. The front desk is located on the 25th floor. Their digital key did not work for us.

Perfect + central location for Steelers game and sight seeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary hot breakf

Location, staff, amenities, clean

No valet. Upon arrival, there was no valet apparently obvious out front. Wouldve been nice to have so we wouldnt have had to carry our bags from the parking garage.
