Asked to come to the front desk for 500 points and was sold a package for another stay plus another 500 points. Never receieved the points. Seems only purpose they wanted us to come to the desk was to sell us another stay. Despite emailing them. Months later no points

Meh, wouldn't come back.
Nice size room.
Very dark parking lot, didn't really feel that safe. The AC in the room was atrocious, either cool and very loud or hot and quiet, no in between. The beds was okay but the pillows were terrible. Staff was not overly friendly, but not terrible and the gift shop is RIDICULOUSLY over priced. Wouldn't choose to stay here if I didn't need to for work.

Great location but property could use some help.
The break fast was great. The location was great and near the major roads in that area. The look of the hotel was also nice with the opened atrium.
The AC vent was very dirty and the bathroom door was vey creaky. When I told the front desk, she said she would send somebody, but that person never came. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows are the worse I've ever used in a hotel. I had to go to target to buy my own.

Zero water pressure again, room 733.

There was a convention for the blind and too many service dogs were there. They did not clean up the landscape and dodo was all over the grounds
