Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was not far from our interests

The check in was a bit lengthy on December 17th but the gentleman on front desk was very helpful. When we checked in on December 23 after our cruise that check in was a breeze and gentleman on staff was very helpful and friendly

Beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good, water in the room for a charge if consumed. Didn't know I had to pay to park until I arrived. Pool hours while booking was until 10pm was told upon arrival pool closed at dark.

My kid liked the outdoor heated pool.

Didnt like that I had to pay for parking, but used the shuttle to Busch gardens, so consider its offset. Breakfast operations during peak hours can be better

Great hotel.. but I'm being petty betty 4 paid parking...

I liked everything! I've stayed here a couple of times before. The location is great for me, I have friends and family in the area. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly! Im gonna say it again....The staff are bomb!!! Breakfast is also great!! I love the 'create your own waffle cooker'...

The last couple of times I stayed, the parking was free. On this trip I discovered you had to now pay for parking... I didn't read the update on parking, I assumed it was still free... my bad... I gave a rating of 8 out of 10, because of the parking... even thou I checked in my vehicle with the "parking app" I still woke up everyday to the "register parking flyer" on my windshield.. it reminded me of club promoters putting club flyers on your vehicle... I'm really disappointed about the "pay to park" as a guest staying here... $12 a day adds up... (yes, I'm complaining about the parking call me petty!)

Comfortable and next to Bush Gardens.

Right next to Bush Gardens and the Shuttle was great. Nice bed, room and location. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave. Everything we needed. Near shops.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and the aircon was very loud. Its also a shame one has to pay for parking as it was free before.

Good, comfortable stay near Busch Gardens.

Close to Busch gardens, with a shuttle to and from.

No cutlery or bowls and plates, yet a microwave provided. Broken wardrobe door.

Convenient location for USF Graduation Weekend

Location and included breakfast was great, staff were nice, room was clean and large

$12 a night to park at the hotel, & you pay it through an app on your phone like a public parking lot. Mattresses could really be updated/ changed out.

Not the best for the price, but not horrible at all.

The mattress is very comfortable. The room was a good size. It was pretty clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were very charming.

The pillows are horrible, terribly lumpy. The room smelled like sewer when we came in but then we noticed the entire hotel smelled like an open sewer. The smell was gone when we came back to the room later. The room was way too cold (61 degrees) when we first came in and it didn't get any warmer after three hours. We had to put the heat on to get it to a normal temperature.
