Tried to contact hotel repeatedly by both phone and email for an entire month prior to this trip. Did not have one single message returned by anyone.

Stayed for a night. Room was very nice and clean though a bit outdated.

Happy hour was incredibly sub par as was breakfast. Excepted much more out of such a spendy hotel

They messed up with the billing and rooms are not clean and having water issue , old furnitures/

The hotel was great, happy hour and breakfast were good

Well maintained

The valet service almost broke the ignition in our car by trying jam the wrong key in the ignition, we waited 30 mins for the car to be returned The valet didnt have the common sense to talk to his colleagues about the keys until we asked what was going on. The fob is not complicated. We were told that he was new and they would talk to him We were late for our appointment

Beautiful interior, spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff!

We upgraded to a corner king for $30 more and loved the fun views! We were so excited about having a hallway and a separate living room! We want to come back to be able to spend more time in the room and get more local. We had an event at the zoo, and mostly used the room for sleep only. Well be back!
