The staff was excellent.
Room service, while the food was delivered when promised, the hamburger was well done instead of medium and just warm.

Won't book with Embassy in Texas every again.
NOTHING - They overbooked & gave our suit away. So we spent 3 hours trying to find a place to stay after driving 5 hours.
EVERYTHING - they gave our suite away due to overlooking & we scrambled to find another hotel after 5 hours. Was midnight & had stay in Tucumcari NM to get a too.. HORRIBLE Booking on their part.

Great value and Id love to stay again
The property was clean up-to-date and very very comfortable. Also, the staff were amazing.
I think breakfast was too hectic and trying to keep the line moving and food fresh seem to be an issue in some places. Also, they continue to run out of forks and bowls.

Very good value for money
Very good value for money.
We made a dinner reservation but something went wrong in the kitchen so they had to close the restaurant. Wed waited for some time already and ended up getting room service with our dinner (cold) three hours later. However, the hotel did not charge us for it, which was a really good way of making up for it. Nice service!

Our first stay the air conditioning was incredibly loud (kept us awake all night) on our second stay we had a dog barking in the room nextdoor.
