Wholesome Experience

The staff were very professional and welcoming. From check-in to check out. The staff at breakfast also catered for all my needs. It was a good stay overall.

I missed that it is halal. The bathroom needs upgrading.

I was first offered terrible rooms. After I complained, they gave me better rooms. Why must one complain to get a decent service. The breakfast took forever to make and they always had something they were out of.

Our stay was great, glad everything we saw online was true and fair. The place is beautiful

Breakfast didnt have a lot of variety, we didnt have breakfast in the venue but everything was all good.

Maybe put some glass roof on the pool so that people still use it when its raining

The friendly staff. The restaurant and pool area

The rooms weren't clean, you could literally see the dirt on the curtains. The breakfast from their restaurant and it wasn't a buffet you had to pick from their menu and hot chocolate wasn't part of the paid breakfast. If you wanted hot chocolate you had to pay extra despite your food costing less than 150 that was included in your package. Some of the plugs were faulty including the dstv adapter and aircon. When we arrived there were no towels in our room. They only placed water on the 3rd day of our stay.
