There was no value for the money!

Great location love the private beach!

The New Year's Eve experience was not what I was expecting. after paying over $1000 per night, the dinner was sold out to outside locals and not seats were available for the guest staying at the property

Very good

A satisfactory family vacation with fun.

Waterpark, island, restaurant options, restaurant prices, pools, live music, and overall setup.

I want to see the view of the room before making a reservation. Paid parking. Lack of other entertainment options. Four pool tables were almost always occupied and not in good condition. Slow internet connection.

Superb

A welcome winter break in very comfortable tropical weather, perfect for several water activities.

Located about an hour east of San Juan, away from the crowds and hustle of the city. The views are great, rooms were quite spacious with lots of storage space. Water park, hot tubs and pools are very nice, well maintained and were never crowded. All restaurants and cafes had good variety and quality of food, service was also great.

Food is a bit expensive, but the quality and service justifies the cost, and prices are on par with what one might pay at any resort. It can take up to 30 minutes to get to the parking lot due to the funicular ride wait times and long walk through the lobby and then to self parking. Getting to the fitness center in the morning also took upwards of 20 minutes due to only one tram operational. The private island is just okay, as it takes a 15 minute ferry ride (that needs reservations) one way. The beach itself isnt crowded, but isnt very large either, and there was a lot of kelp/ algae floating around. There is not much else to do on the island, like hikes or exploring other parts are not allowed.

Disappointing

The location is amazing. The pools are nice. even if it's very big it's not crowded.

The hotel is very old and not maintenened well. The staff is not nice. we did not have a curtain or any shed in our room, we ask for it and they told us they will put one but they did not. The concierge did not help us and did not try to do so. the food in all the restaurants is really bad and very very expensive.

Stayed for 4 nights with family. Enjoyed the breathtaking views , private island & water park .

Beach front resort that comes with private island

Parkin is not free , they charge $16 per night. The resort is spanned across a hill and its surrounding areas. They have enough space for the development and can offer free parking. Food is also little expensive and not so much on the menu
