Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis is a very nice hotel. The staff at the check-in counter is friendly and there are convenient amenities like a Starbucks and restaurant on site. (Read More) The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with darkening curtains for daytime sleepers. The only issues mentioned were with the mini fridges not being cold and some maintenance problems, which were promptly resolved. The hotel is highly recommended for its customer service and enjoyable stay experiences, especially during events like the state fair.

Disappointing

They dont accept Chime, Venmo, Cash app or any form of online banking

They do not accept any online banking cards, but that is not advertised anywhere on booking or their own website. We needed to sit in our car and call around on a Saturday night to find a hotel with a room available. ALL the other hotels in the area I called accept online banking cards. Other than that, I have no idea what the actual rooms look like.

Will never be back.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Lied to me on the phone about being booked up when they had rooms available. Hot tub was so so dirty. And not hot. Terrible experience
