Front desk staff was frequently absent. I had to knock on their door to find someone several times. They were, however, very friendly and helpful.

Superb

The stay was very pleasant and is a motivation enough for me to return to Hamilton.

The breakfast was good. They had a different items every day. The location was close to grocery shopping.

I wish there was a shuttle service available to nearby locations like Roseville mall.

Those was my fifth stay here for horse shows at the colliseum, best price, location, accommodations.

Great options for breakfast to fit everyone. Comfortable, great location near the state fairgrounds, well kept, clean, soft bedding.

Bathrooms were filthy! Had piss and poop stain on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and asked if they can send housekeeping to come clean the bathroom again for us bc the toilet is clearly not cleaned properly. I was told by the on site manager that they cant send anyone to come clean it because there were no housekeeper working that night, and that the manager is also too busy to come clean it for us. Instead, he just offered to give us a pack of Lysol wipes and suggested that we just wipe down the toilet ourselves. The rooms were not clean at all. There were also crumbs and debris on the floor and carpet, so the floor clearly wasnt vacuumed. We also used the sofa bed and the mattress for the sofa bed had mold and blood stain on it! Super disappointed for the higher rate we had to pay for one night.
