Ok but not sure i would come again - its expensive for what you get

Location , size of room , could turn ac off and open balcony door. pool is big but in the shade

Bit dated , corridors freezing and lift to pool didnt work. Didnt feel like a hotel more like a huge lobby with restaurants off a mall. Complex is part of the Grand apartments . Building work in boat yard so bit noisy

Highly recommend.

We stayed in this hotel the night before our cruise, and the location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on-site and it was excellent. We also enjoyed the easy access to shops and restaurants available through the attached shopping area.

We liked everything. No complaints.

Exceptional

The room looked nice and was a good size. The bathroom was nice as well. The balcony was a good size with a nice view of the water neat building next-door.

Breakfast? What breakfast? The balcony door was hard to lock. I had to slam it to get it to close enough to be able to turn the latch. The room had an odd smell. In the morning there was a lot of construction noise below the balcony.

room was adervised as a bay view with balcony. what i got was a view of the garbage bins and very litttle peak of the bay off to one side.. the hotel hadno restaurant. room service tea came with no tea bag. i have stayed at double tree hotels mulitlible times, especially the one in orange county, ca. this one was terrible
