Airport shuttle

Aged hotel - we will make it right branding very disappointing. The fact I booked thru booking.com they told me was a reason that they could not reduce rate due to poor quality of hotel infrastructure.

Curtains wouldnt close. Kept our room lit all night. Made it hard to sleep

Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Restaurant staff needed an attitude adjustment.

The shuttle to the airport was great. It was also nice to have a restaurant / bar in the hotel so that we didn't have to find a place to go. The staff at the front desk were really nice.

The waitress in the bar / restaurant was rude to say the least. She acted like she didn't want to be there, and definitely didn't want to wait on us or serve us.

Location was fine

I dont think my bed linen was ever changed from the last guest because I found a small blood stain and a toe nail with pink polish on it. I was so grossed out I got the sleeping bag from my car. The hand towel holder was broken too. Had to pay to park even though I was a guest.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly

It's a bit far from the city to be that expensive, and the fire alarm was triggered by a malfunction at 3:00 am. The shuttle driver to the airport was super rude.
