The staff was very helpful

Safe did not work, I couldn't lock it. They sent someone but it still did not work. I had to carry my belongings with me during my whole stay and it gave me back pain.

Amazing staff, nice location

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice location, close to the metro station. There were market, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Easy access and parking.

Good

For a businesses trip, it was perfect! Location is excellent. Staff is super friendly. Laundry and gym within the premise is really good. Wifi works well.

Superb

I did not use the parking and Ive read the spots are very tight. The breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast each day with a large variety. The hotel is in walking distance to the Green Line of the train.

We never could get CNN on the TV. We asked the front desk to fix that, but it never was done. I also didnt like the fact that there was no maid service. By the time we left, trash cans were overflowing. The towels were very rough.
