Exceptional

I liked this hotel, I would stay there again.

The entire hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. It felt very welcoming. There was a Coffee Station and it had several other drink options, not just coffee. I enjoyed the oatmeal at breakfast.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that's almost expected. There was only a set of sheets and one very flat pillow provided for it though, no blanket. The suite was smaller than I expected.

All was fine but the sofa bed looked a little worn. The bedsheet had some stains on it. the lights in the bathroom and kitchen when out sometime during the night and could not be turned back on.

Good hotel for 3 days ,but they never clean our room or provide new towels.

Good breakfast, close to airport and free shuttle.

First of all, we were 3 people and the room only had towels.And housekeeping never clean our room.I told the front desk and they claimed that they were short in staff.We had to ask for towels all 3 days.I forgot to mention that the safe was not working.

Not bad, but could have been better.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Lobby is comfortable. Breakfast was decent, although using real eggs for the scramble would be an improvement. All day coffee bar was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable.

We weren't told that it wasn't possible to have rooms with two beds instead of just one king, which wasn't ideal for our party, and they didn't clean our rooms once while we were there, which is disgraceful.

the property rudely wouldnt allow me to change my payment method. It was our wedding night and they gave us a very hard time. They wouldnt allow us to check in unless we used the payment method on file. Ive never experienced this before using Booking.com and was disappointed in the customer service. Especially because it was our wedding night.
