We have been at other hotels in Cambridge; this was most convenient, comfortable, friendly, quiet

Comfortable, helpful staff, and near to the T, Harvard Yard and Museums, and places to eat and walk

No complaints. Maybe a few simple snacks/breakfast food, nothing fancy

Nice place in a good location.

I have stayed in several hotels while doing research at Harvard. This location for its value is the best so far. I found the facility very well appointed. I will return there undoubtedly.

Great location but rooms need an upgrade, especially bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable. Location extremely convenient to Harvard/Harvard Square T station.

Open shower meant water got everywhere. Shower was very difficult to turn on. Rooms had no decor. Expensive rate given how average the room was.

Excellent location - easy to walk to restaurants, museums and public transit

Difficult to find the drive-up entrance to the hotel in the dark and the rain - but that's the Boston street design, you can't do anything about that

They were having problems with heating system and my room was way too hot.

Overall, I was very happy with the stay at the hotel!

I was very happy that they let me check in early into the room! That was a great help that really appreciated! The staff was very friendly and helpful the next day as well!

The WiFi didnt work very well. I had to use my phones data to connect.
