Only property in Patnem with such a beautiful swimming pool

Really loved this place so much, my family had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Clean and a very well maintained hotel.

Unhappy about hidden extra charges that amounted to over 20% extra.

The property was cleaner than many of the surrounding accommodations.

My experience started off on a very unpleasant foot as they charged me almost 500R extra - on top of the confirmed charges and taxes. The staff blamed it on Booking.coms system and told me it happens regularly with their guests. Booking.com told me its the property who is responsible for accuracy. Super disappointed that neither of them were willing to make an adjustment to the final total. I travelled here Internationally and didnt have another option, as I guess is typical, and so I was forced to accept. I am currently on the fence about continuing to use Booking for this reason. And the property should have taken responsibility and looked to Booking to resolve the issue on their end. The room has quite sheer curtains and it is difficult to sleep in the morning once the sun rises. Once you spend a little time in the room you begin to realize that it is quite dirty. Both the walls and floors need a really deep cleaning. Although the main surfaces seem clean there is huge room for improvement.

save yourself some disappointment and dont book the standard room, otherwise prepare yourself to be depressed

the surrounding areas are beautiful, staff is helpful, cafe is great. deluxe rooms are beautiful and worthed.

honestly I didnt like the standard room, very disappointing the room I booked didnt look anything like the pictures, it was actually quite depressing to be there. I asked to shift rooms which was only possible the next day but I had to pay extra for that and then the room did look like the pictures. The water from the shower hardly came out and it was difficult for me to get all the sand out of my body! no water pressure.

It was not a good experience as the staff was not courteous, i was charged for parking which was not informed earlier and , wifi issue was there overall didn't like the place
