Very good

The staff was good, especially Mr Priyanka and Mr Douglas from the front desk, they were very cooperative. The housekeeping did too good job, the rooms were always cleaned specially Mr Sunil from the housekeeping.

The hotel has to upgrade a little,.

Very good

The hotel was very good, very good location near the metro station. We had the view to the main boulevard and in part to the Museum of the Future, although the image from Booking had complete view to the Museum of the Future. The cleaning was done every day.

The furniture had a slightly old air and there was a smell of dampness in the room and the hallway.

Old and run down

The porter Ananda was great! He was super friendly, helpful and never lost track of a single customer even though it was super busy at that time.

The hotel is old and run down, definitely needs to be renovated. Terrible smell on the corridors and rooms. Small and old outdoor pool with old equipment. Rooms are old, too. The breakfast are is dark, old furnished and the spread not great so is the quality of food and service. Other 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at in Dubai do have way more value for money.

I went for business conference at this hotel. Conference was very good food was good at the conference lunch and dinner was fine.

Service and staff management, specifically manager attitude, towards lots of my friend and colleagues staying at this hotel for the conference, no body was happy, room was smells like a drain block, smell from air condition, room Service staff was very good. But manager and receptionist staff, was not good, I have noticed two young ladies was crying at reception, thay booked the room Christmas day, thay have been lock out from the room, manager said thay haven't got booked for Xmas day, room has been booked by global business conference, it was disgraceful, to see two ladies was very upset and crying, manager was rude. Something to do with two name crown plaza hotel and millennium plaza. Management was change, it was there internal management problem, current manager was not taken the responsibility, of crown plaza, no body was taken any responsibility, Regard to the booking problems. Which is not good to see all drama was happening in front of me and all other hotel residents, I wouldn't like to book again, very disappointed to see hotel residents was walkout from the hotel and moving to other hotel near by, because of management ill treat. And it was Xmas day, disgraceful,
