Ok no rush back this time

Stopped 5 times always lovely

Rooms not ready till 4pm not 3 pm changed room so we could get in quicker floor still wet strong smell bleach, spa pool so cold I couldnt go in and there was kids crying cos was that cold , jacuzzi to cloudy dirty but had to much treatment was burning eyes and getting in your throat

We loved our stay here and will be back again

The location is great, at the top of the cliffs next to the beach and spa. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed and the room was comfortable. The spa was great, especially as included with the cost of the room. Will be back again.

The swimming pool was a bit too cold for my 5 year old but the hot-tub was huge so he enjoyed splashing around in there!

Spa & Hotel

The spa facilities are great- 2 saunas, steam room, ice room, pool and Jacuzzi with rest area. Rooms are lovely & beds comfy. Parking outside, for about 4 for 24 hrs. Ask at reception.

Poorest value from booking dot com vat charged separately not indicated at time of booking wasnt included the figure gi

Breakfast not good little fruit poor quality bread tables not cleared cerise packets littered . Rooms at evening meal freezing no heat on. Gala dinner awful no entertainment room freezing cold no atmosphere all in all a washout on New Years Eve along with poor meal served with no care.

New Year at the Crown Spa

The staff and the location. The sea view room was lovely and the team at the Crown Spa went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. We accidentally knocked over a hot drink in the room which stained the carpet badly. When we reported this and offered to pay for cleaning we were so impressed with how it was handled and were assured this was only a minor thing and accidents happen.. Absolutely wonderful!

The toilet in the room took several attempts to flush and the light switches were a bit confusing but this was minor against all the plus's

Lovely stay, cant comment on breakfast as it was not included !

Excellent hotel, great location.

Very disappointed that breakfast was not included in price. Booked 3 room, 265 per room for 1 night stay and no breakfast!! This was not clear at booking. Very expensive for a double room. If booked directly with hotel would have been much cheaper and breakfast would be included. I will definitely think twice before booking again via booking.com.
