This Courtyard by Marriott in Jackson Madison is praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, one guest had an issue with obtaining extra bedding in a timely manner. Th (Read More)e hotel offers delicious Starbucks coffee and has most amenities, although a hot tub is lacking. Despite this, the hotel is recommended and has been a preferred choice for multiple guests due to its convenient location and consistently clean and comfortable rooms. The only criticism was the lack of housekeeping as promised.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They greeted me with a smile. They ensured I had what I needed to make my stay great. The recommendation for food was excellent. They sincerely expressed their condolences for the loss of my great aunt, as I was there because of her service.

It felt like family.
The staff was EXCELLENT! Mary who was at the desk when I checked in was the most personable, welcoming, friendly, truly lovely person! She was there the second night and really made it feel like I was home. There was also a young lady who was working the bar and she was also lovely. Great folks!
