Superb

We had late check in but immediately greeted and complimented by reception. Quick check-in. I felt safe and quick access from our room to our car. I love that they had a microwave AND a small fridge in our room. Loved the jetted tub.

Didn't know how to work the air/heat bc we needed to adjust due to jacuzzi tub.

Well entire staff under Marcus & LaShanda are the greatest staff ever,l have all their names the greatest customers service ever .Kitchen Staff,House keeper Staff ,Transportation,Everyone make you so comfortable in they smile in talk to you amazing.The food excellent. It was one of the most pleasant stays Ive had. I will stay there again if Im in the area.

Everything was so clean! The facility was in great shape. The staff was friendly.

I could hear traffic from the interstate that ran beside it. Obviously not the hotels fault.

Ms Debbie and Ms Q at the front desk were wonderful.

The facilities were disgusting. Mold, stickiness, something spilled behind the bed, broken window covering that wouldn't rise, stains on the mattress...it was absolutely unacceptable. To add to the filth, we were literally right next to the highway so we could hear highway noise all night. We left as fast as we could.

I loved the house keepers.

I didn't like the fact that I booked through booking com and thirty minutes after the property started charging me for a room. Even after I'm back in Atlanta 813 was taking from my bank account from this hotel on Sept 9 2023 no one has reached out from the hotel all I'm getting is no one is there from management and the phone being hung up on me. I have screenshots from every attempt they tried from August 31 until Sept 9. Hotel was nice but the hell I'm going through is sad I couldn't pay my car insurance nor my light bill because it takes 90 to investigate.... be careful

Very good

I was only there for one night. I was able to eat good food and get to the airport quickly the next morning.

Good location near restaurants and near the airport. The shuttle service was very helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly and professional.

There was nothing I didnt like.
