horrible experience with them over charging my account

they took out 2x the amount of what I paid for the room and when I asked them about it they took another 967 dollars out and then all they would tell me is after you check out it will fall off in 3to7 business days well when they are holding 2134 extra dollars then what I paid and they say they cant help really doesnt make you happy I will never stay here again

For the price that we paid, definitely not worth staying here.

I didnt like anything with my stay here

The inside of the hotel needs a major renovation. Very poor workmanship with the maintenance they tried to do. Elevators need to be serviced; they are very old and poorly maintained with scratches all over the walls. The halls have very dim lighting at night and the carpet needs to be taken out because it smells.

Smells terrible rundown refrigerator dirty and didnt cool. Microwave nasty and didnt heat. Air conditioner didnt cool. Dirty stains on carpet. Mold everywhere.
