Great location at Oriental Bay

central to CBD with many tourist sites within walking distance. Very clean room. Excellent amenities in the bathroom.

No words can explain! Perfect for any couple or family to stay. Staff are awesome.

Very clean and definitely worth it!! Customer service on point! We had the balcony and the view to the city/harbour was awesome especially before New Years Day. Waited for fireworks at midnight and couldnt ask for more. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely come back again.

Very nice, great location, convenient hotel parking, great views, if you paid extra to get them.

Very nice room on same level as bar and Resteraunt, with magnificent harbour views.

Not happy about having to pay an additional $50 over your quoted rate for a 'superior' room, to get the harbour view.

Hotel is a three star at best

Location

Hotel is getting tired when you get past foyer. Towels thread bare and not enough of them supplied. No bottled water or coffee. No extras. There is hardly any parking. Do not think is much better than a three star hotel now.

Superb

The location is very central, walking distance to prime city landmarks, family bay view room from level 3 was still great for the New Year Eve fireworks, the room is quiet even with the main road right under. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, includes variety of foods as well as hot foods like sausages, bacon, scrambled, boiled, poached egg, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, salads .. Love the family room setting that one double bed is actually another room away from the other. Love the natural feel and nice smell of the shampoo/conditional/body wash supplies. Pool/gym included is with a local pool/gym that's 2 minutes away from the hotel and it's very well equipped and right at the bay that offers great view of the beach and the bay.
