Bed bug poor housekeeping

The receptionist at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and made me feel welcome. But the 1st room she gave me was bad very bad broken mirror closet door unsafe and dangerous i had to report that so i wont be liable after a while i got ready to go to bed as soon as i threw the bed cover the she was dirty the was dead bugs latterly on the bed so many of the big and small some dead ones were crushed and body parts were all over the sheet. I reported to her she gave me another room room was clean but missing toiletry. I couldn't sleep well that night thinking on all those bugs i saw and i got itchy thinking about it i actually broken in hive and rash thinking about it i couldn't wait till morning came to get out. What a horrible experience.

We will definitely be back again for any other Boise overnight trips!

The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection of choices for everyone to enjoy. I do wish that you had little packets of salsa instead of just tabasco sauce though.

Great location, comfortable room

Great location, on main bus route into town, and walking distance ( 15mins walk) to airport. It's a really good breakfast too.

No ventilation in bathroom at all. We raised maintenance issue with basin plug not working in our bathroom - nothing was done during our multiple night stay, meaning basin could not be filled for all of that time. We also did not receive any feedback on another concern we raised with management, which is disappointing. Customer Service levels of staff were average and did not meet what we would reasonably expect.

Great choice for BSU family weekend.

We debated where to stay for BSU family weekend, and glad we chose Comfort Suites. It is close to everything, and the free breakfast was quite good. It was a great value, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

You have to request maid service daily, in the morning, or they fill up their schedules. I would prefer to have automatic maid service every day.

Disappointing

Place to rest for a couple of hours, not very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly, the room was a decent size.

The pool facilities were run down, the pool was supposed to be heated but was not. The walls needed to be painted, the room was really run down. The place needs new paint, carpet, and updates. There were not enough pillows or blankets for the number of guests staying. The area is sketchy.
