Dogs a real problem here Hotel needs some decor in the rooms. Pool area attractive.

Buffet dinner very good . Swimming pool. Easy to catch a bus to Port Louis or make use of a taxi. Room cleaning was above average

Breakfast lacking in fruit and healthy cereal options. Juice was watery. Not allowed to bring your own water to the room. No water in the room for tea and kettle cannot be plugged in where it stands because the lead is too short. People smoking around the pool area. Dogs everywhere that pee all over the outdoor furniture at night. Have fights very early in the morning hours and some are constantly trying to fornicate on the beach in full view of everyone. The hotel needs to get these dogs sterilised.

A little gem

My 3rd time staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very relaxed and comfortable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. A great place to stay.

Perfect stay in Port Louis Mauritius

Cocotiers Hotel provided everything the best from breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the bar and the service was good. Stay is close to Mauritius waterfront, theatres, mall and nature parks. Best beaches to visit near by is flic n flac, trombeau and tamarind for kayaking and snorkelling and other water sports. Complete value for money.

Excellent place for a budget hotel. Hotel Staff (Eglesias) was excellent. Helped us with almost everything. Close to Jumbo mall and Port Louis.

Tha staff was friendly, the manager was againt it that we buy snacks for the room although he could not provide that ser

No minibar in room,no vending machine,restaurants did not have a children menu limited stock on food

The serenity of the place is really amazing beautiful location in the heart of Port Louis. I'll go there again but only if am told the Wi-Fi connection is better

The internet facility needs to be improved even after buying mobile data it wasn't seamless in the room either It was ok but there wasn't much variety of food to eat for breakfast

A beautiful location spoilt by easily fixable issues

The location is beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice

Some previous reviews mentioned poorly maintained bathrooms and the 7am to 10am breakfasts running out. The shower wall and floor were tatty and the door leaked but excellent pressure and heat. The toilet flowed water constantly. The breakfasts and bowls would run out by 8.30 and then not be replenished until we asked. The numerous dogs on the beach would be wound up by fishermen with their dogs at 4.30am and then they barked for hours through the night.
