Exceptional

Nice comfortable affordable

Beds are super comfortable, water temp and pressure is perfect, halls smell so welcoming, and room was very clean and spacious. This was the first place weve stayed at with comfortable pull out sofa bed.

No late evening movie start times offered. I didnt like the twin beds, thought they shouldve been a full size .

Excellent in every respect.

It was a great stay. The room was very spacious and we liked the kitchen facilities. The suite was very clean and well appointed. We could not have asked for anything more.

Superb

We had a lovely time visiting friends and family in Newport and will certainly come to Wyndham again

Location, size of appartment, the quality (comfort) of the beds and rental price were all better than we had anticipated.

The staff were affective and did all that we asked of them, but possibly without too much pleasure. The shower in the separate shower room did not work, but we all used the other one quite happily.

large unit. Nice swimout pool and hottubs. didn't use the theater, but they had kid movies which could provide good family respite. no real harbor views, but it's any easy walk to the harbor and thames st shops

Do not stay at the townhome suites .

Location

Furniture were outdated and very dirty. We stayed in a two bedroom town house on second floor. The Ac units are located above the bedrooms and were extremely noisy. The whole place smelled like kitchen. The rooms are so small that the two of us could not move around comfortably. Carpet and the couch were extremely dirty. We covered the couch with towels so we could sit on it. One of the rooms was extremely dark and the wardrobe closet door could not be opened properly due to the bed position. The chest of drawers had hair in it. There was no lock to the town home suits building and any body could enter the building. We wanted to have our room changed but the lady at the desk just stared at us and said that she could not do anything about it.The only staff who listened to us was Ms. Sierra Dills and she gave us a one night refund. The check out time was at 10:00am. Even though I called the front desk and informed them of our 20 minutes later check out, but they have already deactivated our rooms key few minutes before 10:00am and the cleaning lady walked into our room. There is no communication between the staff.

Enjoyable.

The unit we stayed in was clean and roomy. We liked the amenities that were offered. Great location!

We were only able to use the streaming service on the tv the first night of our stay. This service was not able to be accessed on our second and third nights of our stay. We called the 855 number on the screen and the front desk for assistance but it was not able to be resolved.

Great hotel in the middle of New Port

Great location in the center of New Port. Really nice swimming pool area with free bbq's. Kids loved the hotel. Room was specious and very comfortable with good quality beds.

Too much chlorine in the swimming pool. We had red eyes for 2 days.
