Convenient place for flight departure

Convenient location at the airport, no need to walk outside to get to the hotel. Metro station takes you directly to Copenhagen center. Good working facility and comfortable bed.

No schampoo, gel, conditioner at the bath tub. I had to unscrew bottles in the shower and moce them back forth in order to have a bath. The coffee making facility inly had supplies for one coffee with milk, no extra supply. Later check out obly offered at hourly rate despite hotel far from full. The gym had no mat or yoga mat for stretching.

Outstanding service!

Service from the front desk was exceptional. They promptly met all our needs and changed our room when we realized we booked the wrong room. The restaurant allowed us to order just before closing. Servers were great! Breakfast was excellent as well.

That we were only staying one night.

Comfortable stay near the airport with exemplary soundproofing.

The room was extremely silent. Even though you can see cars on the airport road, windows block all the noise from them. And of course, convenient location 300m from the airport itself.

Great for overnight layover

Great beds and pillows.

There was dirty underwear left in the bathroom by the previous guest when we entered. Dont know if the bathroom was cleaned properly. Bathrooms were dated.

Great hotel, wish breakfast was included as standard.

Its clean and you can walk straight into the airport.

I book the same room every time, sometimes breakfast is included, sometimes not. Its not super clear. My last booked the price was higher than usual AND breakfast was not included Which was frustrating.

Comfortable and convenient!

This is the most convenient hotel for international travel in and out of CPH. The rooms are spacious with a large bathtub. Ive had views of the runway and ocean. Both are nice. The restaurant/bar has a beautiful ambiance. The food and cocktails are worth the price. The breakfast is great. The staff has always been kind and helpful.
