Excellent place to stay in if you visit Amman .

The location is perfect directly on the main road, the room were clean and quiet, the check in and out process gone smoothly and fast , thanks a lot to All city rose staff especially Mr Jalal & Mr Hashim from the reception , thanks a lot to Kitchen staff and room cleaning staff .

Excellent all around! Highly recommended

The whole experience from A-Z. Facilities are excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and made us feel like we are at home. Mr Nabil oversaw everything and took care of us and our needs. The staff are flexible, helpful, friendly yet very professional. We will go there again next week and highly recommend the hotel.

This was our second stay at City Rose Hotel and it was lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The dinner buffet was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Anas and Adel who were very generous and helpful.

Great place great people.

Great service great people, especially Natasha and Jalal and Ehab.. Helped us out in any way possible. Suite was spacious and clean, housekeeping was amazing, location really good.. lots of eating places around.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety .

FANTASTIC

We ran from Israel because of the situation of the war with Gaza. A Jordanian agency helped us get out and we had to sleep one night in Amman. They booked this hotel for us last minute: perfect, the people were ready with the check in done, offered dinner, the showers were wonderful with great pressure, they made breakfast boxes for us at 4.30 am because we had to leave super early. Awesome .

Nothing missing. Amazing and we really needed the security and kindness.

whenever I'll be in Amman with my wife and family City Rose Hotel Suits would be my destination

staff ... all of them, not to forget any names, were super friendly and helpful and available all the time. location, close to many city attractions and some nice restaurants.

the AC worked really fine, but the system is a bit noisy, so for a light sleeper it may be an issue.
