The reception staff is not friendly to the guest.

1. There is no synchronization of the order on the website and what the hotel receives, we ordered a superior room with a balcony, and had to argue with the receptionist until she agreed to give the room according to the order. 2. We sent in advance that we would arrive three hours before the check-in listed on the website, we were not answered, when we arrived at the hotel they demanded half the cost of the room for the 3 hours. What's more, the hotel is almost empty and we returned after staying at the hotel a week before for 6 nights. Demanding $100 for 3 hours is not only excessive, it's rude. Despite being a good hotel in a good location, it is desirable that the hotel treats its guests a little more understandingly.

Very good

It was comfortable and clean. Manuels service was outstanding (he is the Shuttles driver).

The front desk personal should be better trained. The restaurant was usually late and food wasnt that good.

Satisfying stay

The breakfast was good. I would have liked it to be open to at least 09:30 am....9 am was a bit early, would have like an extra hour. The room was excellent. The service excellent. All the staff was very nice, always with a good word.
