It was great place for our grp but with lil awkwardness as the caretakers were staying in same house with us. But place

Great place for a group to stay together n have fun.

The sysytem of having caretakers all the time staying with you. And although they help you a lot with everything its a lil restricted stay we all felt. Had we knew about this before hand we wld have been either mentally prepared or changed the venue.

Good for family and kids. Kids felt at home. The staff were supportive and welcoming. No major concerns.

Some of the facilities mentioned while booking like pool table were not usable. I would suggest not to include facilities that are not usable to avoid disappointments.

The property was decent, but the management was poor by stay vista.

The Property is good with decent room size. The caretaker and the support staff helper were good.

The facilities were not good, they had the option of carrom and pool table but the ancillary things like striker and powder were not available, the Q sticks were not good. The AC remotes were not available for every room, the quality of AC's was also not good. The management of stay vista was below par. The caretaker fell sick and was hospitalised but the replacement could not be provided by the Stay vista team for one full day and night.

Breakfast outside mentioned Murgan but sure it was some Road side arrangement. No coffee/ tea even no water bottle...they mentioned as plastic free ....I agree but at least glass jugs or bottle filled with water been helpfull Most of the time in early morning care taker not tracable...we gone out and came in by opening the gate and closing the gate our sleeves Games - snooker without stick.... - some other game but ball was bot there - carrot some local board..

One word disappointed... From booking to people out there.. Over interference, no privacy.. Not worth of this much money specially 1 day stay is a total waste.. Specially check-in is a nightmare.... There is no courtesy and highly unproffessional, seemed like all they care is about payment. This is purely personal experience!
