Pleasant

Location was good, near the city center. Nice view from the pool. Laundry service was good Staff were always fast and kind

Maybe the worst breakfast I've ever had. A 5-star hotel should offer a better choice. During peak times you can wait up to 5-10 minutes before getting a lift A room with a kitchen should have at least a pan, not just a pot.

Disappointing

Avoid this place at all costs!

Only the swimming pool and the view worth it

- Many cockroaches in the room.. - No room cleaning service, so you will have to use the same towels even if you stay 4 or 5 days. You will have no toilet paper refill or even the rubbish binds emptied. - The plates and cups had cockroach poop. - Poorly mantened. - You have to pay to keep your bags after check out. This is a 5 stars hotel with much worse service than a 3 stars hotel.

Superb Appartement with stunning view!

SUPERB!! We were really impressed +++ of the room which had not only huge panoramic windows, but also mattresses on the the huge window shelf - perfect to enjoy the view. +++ of the roof top infinity pool included +++ gym with a stunning pool +++ the green spots and gardens all over the building We also really appreciated ++ the mini convience shop in the lobby ++ the reception (not always given in apartment complexes) ++ the Caf offering breakfast every morning ++ the roof top bar

For every apartment you receive only one (1) set of keys. 1 for the apartment + 1 for the elevator As result the whole group/ family always has to stay together. To have only 1 set of keys becomes even more annoying if you left the only key set by mistake in the room. :-(( (We felt really trapped. We could access our room, we couldn't use the staircase and we thought we couldn't operate the lift, because unfortunately we weren't told at check-in, that you can push the elevator button "G" even without a key) We really disliked, that the staircase is LOCKED. To be able to use it, in case of an emergency, you first have to break a small window to open it.

The hotel has great potential, but the service is really bad

The location was great. The view from the 35th floor was awesome, and the view from the pool was extraordinary.

The service was unfriendly and reluctant. We had to pay an additional fee just to leave our luggage in the hotel before checking. There was no room service (no towel chanched), no soap, room was dirty in some places, no safe (but there was note about that hotel don't guarantee safety of your personal belongings), we also found mini-bugs

Loved the stay

Liked everything. Especially sky garden, pocket garden, pool,location. Views over the skyline.

Lifts are so damn slow. Briefing at the flat for reception can be more detailed and friendly

Overall, I cant decide if this was a good or bad experience. Good for one night stay I guess

It was close to the city. Best views of twin towers and KL tower. Room was perfect size for two people. Very modern atmosphere. Clean linen. Very secure.

The bathroom was smelling so bad. The toilet seat had so many stains and the cover. We couldnt figure out where the smell was coming from. The room stank all night. Could hardly sleep with the smell. The lifts were very busy in the morning we checked out. We had to wait more than 15 minutes before we decided to take the stairs. We were in floor 23. It was ridiculous.
