Bad. I will not book this hotel ever again

The staff were good, tried their best to accommodate the needs of guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel is old and shabby and has to be renovated. The list of issues I faced is long, starting from clogged water pipes to telephone not working, no hot water (only lukewarm). The worse is that internet speed at the hotel is slowww, around 5mpbs only!!. The 5-star on booking.com is misleading. the room rate is exorbitant for the facilities and service provided. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. There are better accommodation options in the vicinity for the same budget.

Very good

At a good location with plenty of eateries around. Close to city center can walk around to tourist spots. Restaurant staffs were friendly and efficient.

Road leading to hotel , traffic jam all the time. Breakfast buffet gets plenty of foodbut quality is so so. Needs improvement.

Comfortable but not up to scratch to be a 5 Star Experience

Good location with easy access to areas of Bukit Bintang. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Our room was booked for the Residences. After checking in, we realised we were given the wrong room (with one less bed). The reception staff were very helpful and provided us with two adjoining rooms in the hotel. This probably ended up being a better option as the Residences look quite basic/dated. Wifi was very slow. As we got closer towards Christmas and the hotel began to get fuller, the wifi became unusable at times. Breakfast was underwhelming for our family as the options were largely traditional Malaysian, e.g. curry and noodles. The western offerings were limited and pastries were not as fresh as one would expect for a 5 star hotel.
