Did not enjoy it never again coming back!

I liked the guest room food service. The food was very lovely but quite expensive but worth it

I arrived in to the hotel and was given a room that was very dirty. There was hair and dust on the floor , room phone was not working , bed sheet looked like it hadn't been changed and the worst was there was sewage smell coming from the bathroom and cigarette smell when I clearly told them to give me a non smoke room. I went downstairs to request for the phone to be fixed and send me a house keeper. The girl in the reception was not very helpful as she kept saying we will send a housekeeper but no one arrived one hour later. I rang again and the lady in the reception answered and was very abrupt and kept saying the same thing she will send someone but in a very hasty manner almost in a rush to end the conversation. There was no apology or the atmosphere was not very welcoming very cold and very rude reception service! After ringing again and finally making a complaint about the sewage smell and awful service I was given a different room finally to shut me up. The location is also in the middle of nowhere and area is very noisy! I would not recommend this hotel for a 5 star it felt like 4 star service!

Very good

Very enjoyable staff at this hotel. Facilities were really good and the staff terrific.

Room was clean and food in restaurant was really good, with very friendly staff.

The Taxi drivers really struggled to find the entrance to the hotel and this added lots of time to my various journeys.

Super nice hotel

We stayed in this hotel 5 times and this was first time they gave us Residence instead of normal room. We liked too much. Apartment is clean, nice and big. All staff polite and food is super. We will come again.

I dont understand why when you ask for non smoking room they still give you a smoke smelly one, try to avoid floors six to eight as they are really full of cigarettes smoke.
