room was ready, clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. checking in was quick. there could have been an additional staff member at the desk to assist with check in as there were several people checking in at the same time.

Nice place, good value

The location is nice, close to everything, the rooms were also nice.

Beds can be improved. There was a dip at the canter of the bed. Also, the drain in the shower was a little clogged, which allowed water to not properly drain.

The title would be New Year bust! They closed the bar at 10 o'clock didn't even wait till midnight.

The bed was comfortable that's about it. And it's proximity to downtown Spokane at the park.

We had breakfast in the restaurant one of the worst breakfasts I've ever eaten I had the egg's Benedict it should have been called greasy Benedict worse than any greasy spoon And with tip it came to over $60 for the 2 of us I would have a better breakfast at McDonald's

It was really close to the theater I was going to. The staff could solve my problem smoothly.

The hotel is so big that I can't find its front entrance. The only small drawback is that the theater staff said that the park I should pass was too dark to unsafe at night.

We love the location and the hotel is beautiful. Beds and linens are very comfortable.

We were disappointed to have to pay for parking. The Alarm clock was set in our room for 5am which was disturbing to our sleep. The housekeeping staff should see to that.
