The front desk staff was exceptional!

The hotel was in a great location, and the decor was fun! I had requested a small frig for medication, and we had one.

The floor in our room was wet with some kind of oily cleaner that never dried. I tried to wipe some of it up with one of the towels. It also had a bad chemical smell.

Great place for a couple of nights

Well-appointed property near parking garages and walking distance to everything Old SJ has to offer. Our quiet interior room had good AC and hot water. We had a small room safe for passports and travel documents, but not big enough for laptops. Hot tubs on rooftop terrace were very nice.

No coffee maker in room, but there is complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Great spot in OSJ

Ideal location on a major street near Plaza Colon. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge and strong AC. Large room. Great price for what you get.

Room was not as clean as I would have preferred (hair in bathroom) and bathroom was shabby (peeling paint, toilet paper holder coming off of wall). We were on the first floor near the lobby and a staff supply closet which meant lots of noiseour window into the lobby had no soundproofing and its like anyone in the hall is in your room talking.

Nice style

The Staff was amazing, Chamo and Angelito were super helpful and friendly. I loved the rooftop of both towers! So amazing to spend the time. The room was a medium size but had everything you need :)
